Use

1 jar lasts approximately 3 months for one person (a little goes a long way!)

Use a dry toothbrush or utensil to scoop a small amount onto your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes, avoiding swallowing.

Keep out of direct sunlight and replace lid firmly after use.

Not suitable for children under 7 due to essential oils so keep out of their reach! truthpaste contains essentials oils which in high doses may be harmful if pregnant or breastfeeding.
